We are currently seeking a dynamic Global Reward Manager to join our Global Performance and Rewards team, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, with global reach.


In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the delivery of Performance & Reward policies for our employees worldwide. As the designated contact for HR Partners and Business Leaders, your influence will extend across our global operations. You'll work alongside a talented team of other specialists, collaborating closely to execute the regular activities of our Compensation team for our large global organization. Additionally, you'll take the helm in leading or participating in workstreams of major reward projects, such as the exciting job architecture project, year-end review, and the launch of enticing incentives.

  • Annual Salary Review Management: You’ll oversee the entire cycle of our annual salary reviews, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with our organizational objectives.
  • Budget Preparation: You’ll take the lead in preparing budgets, allocating resources to support our Performance & Reward initiatives and organizational goals.
  • STIP Bonus Scheme Management: From communication strategies to system updates, you’ll orchestrate our Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) bonus scheme, ensuring it aligns with global principles and motivates our workforce effectively.
  • Pay Band Development: Crafting pay bands that reflect market trends and internal equity considerations, you’ll ensure our compensation structures remain competitive and fair.
  • Competitiveness Analysis: You’ll conduct thorough analyses to gauge the competitiveness of our compensation packages, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Pay Equity Analysis: Fostering an environment of inclusivity and fairness, you’ll lead the analysis of pay equity to ensure equitable compensation practices across our organization.
  • Survey Oversight: You’ll take charge of survey administration, ensuring timely submissions and gathering valuable data to inform strategic decisions, keeping us updated on industry benchmarks and best practices.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Years of Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a comparable role, with exposure to international performance and reward practices.
  • Global Reward Expertise: Previous experience in another in-house global reward team is important, particularly with active involvement in global policy development and deployment through colleagues located in-country within a matrix organization.
  • Success Factors Proficiency: Experience with Success Factors is considered advantageous, although not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, allowing you to adapt your messaging to different audiences effectively.
