As the Global Retail Training Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative training materials across various formats, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and fostering growth within our teams.

Key Responsibilities

Training Content Development:

  • Assist in the design and production of engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, classroom presentations, and videos.

  • Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables, translating complex concepts into accessible content.

Project Coordination:

  • Manage smaller-scale projects, tracking timelines and ensuring timely delivery while proactively addressing any challenges.

  • Support departmental programs to align with training objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with key stakeholders in the Global Office and regional clusters to gather feedback and ensure content meets diverse team needs.

  • Serve as a central point of contact for sharing insights and improvements.

Asset Creation Coordination:

  • Organize and oversee video and photo shoots for training assets, ensuring high-quality visual materials align with training objectives.

 

What You Bring to the Team

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in training content development, instructional design, or a similar role; retail experience is a plus.

  • Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration and build relationships.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and a passion for innovation.
