Global Retail Operations Specialist
Global Retail Operations Specialist – Front of House
We’re looking for a proactive, retail-minded Global Retail Operations Specialist to help strengthen how Pandora stores operate around the world. You’ll be part of the Global Retail Operations team with a focus on Front of House (FOH), including daily routines, store tools, and service-related processes that support efficiency and consistency across our global network.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s worked closely with store teams and is ready to drive their own projects and deliverables. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across regions to design practical ways of working and improve the day-to-day experience in our stores.
What You’ll Be Doing
-
Take ownership of FOH projects, from planning and development through to rollout.
-
Create tools and processes such as playbooks, dashboards, and standard operating procedures that support consistent store routines.
-
Lead the delivery of pilots and improvement initiatives, managing timelines, stakeholder input, and feedback loops.
-
Maintain clear, accessible documentation using platforms like SharePoint and other knowledge hubs.
-
Work closely with regional and global teams to translate feedback into simple, scalable solutions.
-
Step into high-priority areas when needed, helping to move work forward when team capacity is stretched.
-
Contribute to broader operational initiatives and grow into more complex global workstreams over time.
What We’re Looking For
-
Experience in retail operations or store environments, ideally across multiple markets or regions.
-
Confidence working independently, with the ability to manage your own deliverables and timelines.
-
Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and platforms such as Asana, Miro, or Jira.
-
Strong communication skills with a clear, structured approach to meetings, updates, and collaboration.
-
A practical, detail-focused mindset with strong organisational skills.
-
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
-
Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented in your approach to challenges.
Who This Might Suit
You’ve worked in a store, a field team, or a retail HQ, and now you're ready to take the lead on projects in a global context. You enjoy creating tools and processes that make life easier for store teams and aren’t afraid to work through ambiguity to get to a solution. You’re comfortable asking the right questions, even when the conversation is challenging, and you follow through with clarity and accountability. You know when to step in and take the lead, especially when priorities shift or team workload is high. If you're looking to lead meaningful work, not just support it, this could be the right next step for you.
