We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to set global standards for Global Retail Operations and identify operational efficiencies that will contribute to Pandora’s continued success, all while collaborating closely with stakeholders located all around the world. 

  

Elevate operational excellence in the world’s largest jewelry company 

As Global Retail Operations Specialist in Retail Excellence, you will be part of an exciting business area under the Chief Commercial Office where you get the opportunity to work in an international hub of can-do spirited, passionate, and performance-driven people. You will be responsible for supporting the development of operational excellence and driving process improvement related to front-of-house activities while collaborating closely with regional stakeholders and multiple functions located at the global office in Copenhagen. Focus areas will include communication and daily operations while upholding high standards of quality and service that Pandora is known for. Furthermore, key responsibilities include:    

  

  • Support the development and implementation of global standards and operational efficiencies for front-of-house operations, including daily team operations and communication. 

  • Document global standards and operational efficiencies within the Global Retail Playbook 

  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) and consult on cross-functional strategic initiatives with diverse teams across the organization, including (but not limited to) commercial, training, and technology teams 

  • Communicate with regional market teams and conduct visits to identify best practices and areas of opportunity   

  • Facilitate regular communication with market retail operations teams, with the goal of collaborating and coaching to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of operational activities that support and drive a high level of customer engagement and selling activities 

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in retail store operations, and implement relevant strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness 

  

A commercial project management mindset  

We imagine that you possess a genuine interest in retail and branded consumer goods, and you place the customer at the heart of everything you do. You are commercially minded, driven by impact and results, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence others. You have a proactive and ambitious “doer” mentality, and you can deal with ambiguity and uncertainty in a dynamic, changing, and fast-paced environment. In addition, we hope to see that you have:  

  

  • 1-3 years of retail experience, specifically as a Store Manager, District or Regional Sales Manager, Retail Operations Manager or similar 

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities  

  • Demonstrated ability to support and execute projects  

  • High degree of proficiency in English 

  • High degree of proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint 

  • Strong communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate across an organization and diverse teams 

  • Ability to work both independently and in highly cross-functional teams  

  • Working in a dynamic, changing, and fast-paced environment.

Global Career Band 5 - Specialist 

Reporting to: Global Retail Development Manager 

Travel: Estimated 10-15 days per year
