Global HR Process Owner, People Experience & Services (HRC&S)

Central to this mission is our People Experience and Services function, driving comprehensive transformation in HR, while collaborating closely with our Retail Excellence, Finance and Digital & Technology organization to mature our underlying technical and process foundation. 

 

In recent years, Human Resources, Communication & Sustainability (HRC&S) has led the way in digital transformation at Pandora by integrating the comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors suite into our office community, while also rolling out Workforce Management solutions for our retail sector. Our focus is on making the employee journey at Pandora as seamless as possible, while extending our people services to the entire global workforce, with an aim to minimize attrition and provide outstanding experiences. 

 

Job Overview: 

The Global Process Owner for HR will oversee and optimize global HR processes across the entire organization, focusing on enhancing store productivity and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations globally, with a key focus on improving payroll accuracy, employee experience, and reducing administrative overhead. 

 

The role requires leadership in deploying and continuously improving HR systems, including SuccessFactors for Core HCM and Dayforce for scheduling and time & attendance management. You will drive process automation and system optimization while leading future integrations, including a potential HR service delivery solution to streamline HR support. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the global deployment and continuous improvement of HR systems (SuccessFactors for Core HCM, Dayforce for time & attendance and more), ensuring they support operational needs and align with business goals. 

  • Drive automation in HR processes to reduce manual tasks and administrative workload across HR and store-level operations in all markets. 

  • Manage and optimize global payroll accuracy and compliance, ensuring processes meet legal and regulatory requirements across global markets. 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Retail Operations) to align HR initiatives with overall business goals, especially in enhancing store productivity. 

  • Use data and analytics to monitor and drive process improvements, focusing on KPIs related to process efficiency, payroll accuracy, and employee satisfaction. 

  • Lead system integrations and implementations of future technologies, including exploring an HR case management soluton such as ServiceNow 

  • Work closely with global and regional teams to ensure process changes are effectively communicated, trained, and adopted across the organization. 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across regions. 

  • Provide leadership in HR process governance and continuous process improvement methodologies to sustain operational efficiency and compliance. 

 

Ideal Candidate Profile: 

  • Experience in global HR process management and deep expertise in HR systems such as SuccessFactors and Dayforce. 

  • Proven ability to lead large-scale process improvement initiatives across multiple regions, with a track record of driving automation and technology solutions. 

  • A solid background in the retail industry, with an understanding of store operations, employee scheduling, and payroll management. 

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and process enhancements. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams. 

  • Innovative mindset with a focus on reducing administrative time through automation and enhancing the employee experience. 

  • Knowledge of compliance with global HR regulations and payroll standards. 

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-regional teams effectively. 

 

This role is critical in ensuring that HR processes support the organization’s goals for global store productivity, employee experience, and operational efficiency while leveraging automation to reduce administrative burdens.
