Position: Global Mobility Director (Global Career Band 3)  

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark 

 

Key Responsibilities: As the Global Mobility Director at Pandora, your responsibilities include Embark on a journey to redefine and lead the strategic direction for Global Mobility at Pandora. You'll drive impactful change, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and leading and inspiring your team to achieve strategic objectives. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our mobility function and its integration into our broader HR services. 

 

  • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to support talent and critical roles mobility decisions. 

  • The future vision of Mobility into broader HR services. 

  • Leading and inspiring your team to drive strategic objectives forward, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. 

 

Key Competencies: As a visionary leader, you'll bring over 7 years of experience in global mobility strategy and transformation. Your expertise gained from working in a large blue-chip company environment will drive impactful change and transformation in our Global Mobility function. Additionally, your strong collaboration and inspiring leadership skills will be pivotal as you navigate complex organizational structures and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. Exhibit adaptability and strategic thinking, leveraging your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to drive innovative solutions in a dynamic environment. 

 

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize Global Mobility operations and enhance talent acquisition and retention strategies. 
  • Analytical Thinking: Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and make informed decisions. 
  • Problem-Solving: Address complex challenges and overcome obstacles with creativity and resourcefulness, driving continuous improvement in Global Mobility processes and services. Adaptability and Innovation
