Global Influencer Strategy & Creator Lead (Manager)

Job Description:

You will work within the Global Owned Social Media & Influencer team and lead the development of Pandora’s global Influencer strategy, creators portfolio and ambassador program. The role includes direct responsibilities for managing market communications as well as cross functional integrated planning. This is a manager position with two direct reports. You are reporting to the Director Owned Social Media & Influencers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Fully own and lead the Global Influencer Strategy including always-on activity as well as cycle & collection activity
  • Develop and lead the global creator portfolio to ensure a powerful UGC approach & valuable content stream for Pandora’s owned and paid channels
  • Develop and execute state-of-the-art Influencer activations tapping into co-creation, social commerce, digital goods, metaverse etc
  • Provide central guidance, playbooks and tools (eg selection, tracking & measurement tools), that are scalable across the region and help local market to win with Influencers in a one-brand-approach
  • Own the process to ensure all markets are aligned and on-board with the Influencer activations, and that they are fully briefed and supported
  • Develop and lead content creation platforms for influencers and content creators (influencer experiences i.e. social influencer trips and events)
  • Set the KPIs and objectives for upcoming Influencer & ambassador activations together with local markets to ensure we can evaluate the value of our influencer investment and ROI.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and the social & Influencer landscape and how our target audience groups are reacting and interacting within
  • Partner and collaborate with multiple internal functions, including PR, website, CRM, retail, brand communication and media team – as well as product and design teams – to ensure all activities are aligned
  • Responsible for flawless experience, communication and engagement between the Brand and the influencers/ambassadors, as well as managing the allocated budget.
  • Track your success and make it visible: Coordinate campaign recaps and evaluation reports, identifying and sharing key learnings, analytics, delivery against KPIs and best practice sharing across all markets. KPIs include commercial, social media, content and social compliance metrics.

 

 

Qualifications and experience:

  • 7+ years of industry and/or relevant work experience in the field of social media marketing or within another role heavily linked to Social Media  - 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, strategy and content creation with influencers, 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in social media communications, campaign development and social content creation- ideally at an international level. Strong understanding of Social Media, specifically for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Ability to collaborate and manage platforms and tools used by multiple functions, as well as the ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Broad understanding of the fashion or jewelry industry with a strong understanding for cultural trends
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills, great people skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English language

  • A passion for Social Media, communication, influencers and for creating moments worth sharing
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and a strong strategic thinker
  • You work independently, but are also a strong team player that is able to work across different stakeholders
  • You are a proven innovator, bringing creative and innovative ideas to the table. You have a feeling for trends and how to connect the dots to influencers.
  • Great overview of projects and tasks, structured in your work approach
  • You are outgoing, energetic and have a positive mind-set
  • You are flexible in terms of assignments and workload when required, incl. travelling for work related reasons
