Global Influencer & Ambassador Specialist

Job Description:

You will work within the Global Owned Social Media & Influencer team and contribute to the development of a state of the art influencer strategy, including content creation with ambassadors and social media users. This role includes direct responsibilities for managing market communications as well as cross functional integrated planning. You are reporting into the Global Influencer and Creator Lead (Manager).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of a Global Influencer Strategy including always-on activity as well as cycle & collection activity

  • Be creative with state-of-the-art ambassador & user activations tapping into co-creation, social commerce, digital goods, metaverse etc

  • Provide central guidance for clusters and markets for ongoing campaigns as well as always on communication with a special focus on ambassadors (UGC)

  • Ensure all markets are aligned and on-board with the ambassador & UGC activations, and that they are fully briefed and supported per activation and campaign

  • Develop and maintain the creator portfolio with a specific focus on content creators supporting the needs of our owned SoMe channels such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube

  • Work closely with the social team and your line manager to come up with the right KPIs and objectives for upcoming Influencer & ambassador activations as well as to spot new opportunities for Pandora

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and the social & Influencer landscape and how our target audience groups are reacting towards the content produced via creators

  • Partner and collaborate with multiple internal functions, including PR, website, CRM, retail, brand communication and media team – as well as product and design teams – to ensure all activities are aligned

  • Work with insights and platform trends to inform UGC and ambassador  activations

 

 

Qualifications and experience:

  • 4+ years of industry and/or relevant work experience in the field of social media marketing or within another role heavily linked to Social Media 
  • Experience in social media communications, campaign development and social content creation- ideally at an international level. Strong understanding of Social Media, specifically for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Ability to collaborate and manage platforms and tools used by multiple functions, as well as the ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Broad understanding of the fashion or jewelry industry with a strong understanding for cultural trends & user behavior per social channel
  • Great presentation and organizational skills, great people skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English language

 

Personal qualifications:

  • A passion for Social Media, communication & user led content creation
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to think user first (per social platform)
  • You work independently, but are also a strong team player that is able to work across different stakeholders
  • You are a creative superstar getting inspiration from influencers, other brands and trends happening on Social Media. Memes and Trends are the news you are following on a daily basis by nature!
  • You are outgoing, energetic and have a positive mind-set and most importantly: you bring passion for the topics you work on.
  • You are flexible in terms of assignments and workload when required, incl. travelling for work related reasons, this may require travelling on weekends.
