If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking a Researcher / Specialist to join our Global Executive Search team based in Pandora HQ. The team advises and supports our executives and senior leaders on all hiring related decisions for our SVP and VP level positions. We identify, engage, assess, and hire exceptional leaders both from within the business and externally. Strategic talent mapping/pipelining are also part of our scope.
Your role as Global Executive Search Researcher:
You will lead and support the research and mapping phase for select VP+ Executive Search projects across all functions and geographies as well as for select talent mapping and pipelining projects. You will also support with candidate outreach and engagement, market insights and intelligence gathering, and additional ad-hoc support throughout the end-to-end executive search process.
Your responsibilities include:
- Conduct extensive, detailed and precise candidate mapping to identify top talent relevant to each search, including talent mapping and pipelining projects
- Support in developing role profiles and job descriptions, ensuring accuracy, clarity and market relevance
- Contribute to the development of search strategies, including providing market insights and knowledge from our internal and external networks
- Support with candidate outreach and engagement to ensure we connect and build lasting relationships with relevant talent and KOLs connected to Pandora’s areas of business
- Develop detailed search reports to outline progress, candidate insights and market intelligence
- Conduct and support with candidate introductory and networking calls with a view to introduce Pandora, discuss specific opportunities, assess relevance and potential, and nurture long-term relationships
- Maintain our Executive Search database and platforms, ensuring all relevant information is captured and categorised for future use
- Welcome and host guests visiting Pandora’s Global HQ, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us
- Support the Executive Search team with additional ad-hoc projects that are related to the team or requested from select internal stakeholders
- Act as an ambassador of the Executive Search team internally and externally and continually build rapport with stakeholders across the organisation
What is needed to succeed:
- Strong preference for previous experience working in an Executive Search firm or in-house Executive Search team with responsibilities for candidate identification, mapping, outreach, engagement, and process management for international Executive Search / Recruitment projects
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly proactive with a bias for action and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and operate under time pressure and to strict deadlines
- Team player with a very strong drive to collaborate and quickly build relationships
- Strong communication skills – articulate, credible, clear, ability to be persuasive
- Confident interacting with key internal and external stakeholders
- Confident welcoming and hosting guests to global HQ
- Skilled in collating and organizing data and statistics
- Experience putting together concise and/or detailed summaries, reports and decks
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office (other CRM/ATS/Project Management software a plus)
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
