As our new Director of Retail Operations you will be an essential part of Pandora’s Commercial Function. You will be tasked with developing and improving global capabilities within Retail Operations and play a key role in simplifying and streamlining our store operations.
This role is reporting into the VP of Retail Excellence & Customer Experience and you will manage a team of x employees and work closely with our global community of Sales & Operations Managers / Directors serving as key global sparring partners for any topics related to their roles.
Your key accountabilities will be to:
- Own and drive initiatives related to labor management with the target to improve both global and market capabilities within this area and leverage the invest in O&O retail staff cost
- Support global rollout of Workforce Management systems in close collaboration with colleagues in Global Office and the Markets.
- Develop and implement global standard operating processes for all core processes in Retail – e.g. standardizing and simplifying processes for stock handling/storage/setup.
- Continuously driving retail process efficiencies to maximize store colleagues customer facing time.
- Develop and secure availability of in-store tools to minimize time spent on non-value adding processes
- Own global retail policies and secure alignment to those across markets to maximize consumer NPS
- Secure timely communication to clusters on any matters impacting retail operations
- Support scaling of global retail and after sale services and secure ongoing instore optimization and sharing of best practices

- Customer facing time in stores
