We are on a mission to transform the retail experience by seamlessly blending technology with strategy. As the Digital Store Experience Manager, you will spearhead retail-centric technology projects that enhance store operations, optimize customer journeys, and simplify the lives of our store teams. 

 

This role is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping Pandora’s “future store” vision, supporting the Director of Digital Store Experience & Strategy, and achieving KPIs through innovative technical solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Project Management and Execution: 

  • Act decisively to lead and manage multiple digital store technology projects, ensuring alignment with retail strategy. 

  • Create an overview of project requirements, tasks, and outcomes using clear timelines and dependencies. 

  • Define project goals, KPIs, and deliverables, ensuring they are communicated, understood, and tracked. 

Cluster Request and Requirements Management: 

  • Capture and manage cluster requirements, identify gaps, developing scalable, sustainable solutions tailored to retail needs. 

  • Build strong relationships with clusters to gather feedback and drive improvements. 

Enhancing User Journeys: 

  • Optimize user experiences within retail systems and ensure intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused journeys. 

  • Identify and implement process optimizations, simplifying store operations and improving system functionality. 

Change Management and Adoption: 

  • Drive adoption of new systems and technologies through effective change management processes. 

  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip teams with the tools they need for success. 

Support the Vision of the Future Store: 

  • Work closely with the Director in shaping and implementing the vision for the future store  

  • Drive progress and set the direction by performing analysis and discovery work 

  • Provide insights, drive innovations, and support the integration of cutting-edge retail technologies. 

  • Leverage your strong presentation skills to communicate strategies, project updates, and technical solutions effectively. 

 

What You Bring to the Team: 

Key Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Retail, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 

  • 3+ years of experience in digital project management, retail systems, or similar roles, preferably in retail or eCommerce. 

  • Proven capability to achieve KPIs through technical solutions and innovative approaches. 

  • Strong understanding of retail technology systems (POS, CRM, inventory management) and their ecosystem. 

Skills and Competencies: 

  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 

  • Strong analytical abilities to assess needs and implement practical, innovative solutions. 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value. 

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including retail, IT, operations, and commercial departments. 

  • It would be an advantage if you have experience as a Retail Operations Manager, Retail Project Manager, or Product Manager.

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark 

Global Career Band 4 

Travel: Approximately 10 days per year
