End-to-End responsibility of Pandora’s retail systems   

As Global Digital Store Experience Manager, you will be in charge of developing and driving a variety of different projects focused on improving Pandora’s existing systems, processes and procedures, as well as developing new ones. You will be responsible for taking the lead and ownership in delivering on the retail tech strategy roadmap, and defining clear retail key requirement and specifications in projects, as well as ensuring successful roll out and implementations of projects. You will take lead and drive retail systems and tech projects – ensuring end-to-end overview and understanding across retail systems and tech and how they interlink.  

 

You will be partnering with Commercial, Digital & Tech, Retail and other business functions to identify business opportunities and needs by understanding current pain points and store needs to elevate the customer experience. It is also important to nurture strong relationships with our Clusters to encourage feedback, share best practices and lessons learnt to drive future improvements across all our systems. Furthermore you will:  
 

  • Co-create ‘fit for purpose’ retail technology initiatives in line with strategic objectives  

  • Ensure projects and systems are built with a strong retail mindset and supporting our needs. The first project will be implementing Work Force Management in all our markets and stores supporting our in-store operation and efficiency, which is a big project and that will run for a long period.  

  • Own the End to End Implementation plan for assigned projects, connecting relevant teams and ensuring clear objectives and KPI’s are communicated and understood and measured. 

  • Proactively drive with group functions, a strong support model to ensure the stores are serviced in line with their needs, particularly in peak trade   

  • Drive and champion a culture of Continuous Improvement and Change, supporting the Clusters to embed new ways of working and adoption of new processes and systems 

  • KPI’s  

  • Store NPS and ENPS  

  • Setting new standards for retail piloting with pace in Pandora globally  

  • Successful execution on retail project and initiatives, including independently execution timely delivery

Furthermore, we hope you have or can demonstrate: 

  • A retail/sales background combined with a strong project management toolbox and business understanding 

  • 3 to 5 years of field experience in retail or the service industry 

  • Experience from working in a global organization, preferably in a retail, digital or the service industry 

  • Experience from working with Workforce management systems and implementation and change management of this 

  • A good technical understanding and can be the communicator between business and IT 

  • Experience with project management tools ex. Miro, Azure and Atlessian
