We are looking for a Compliance Specialist who wants to take part in shaping the Pandora’s culture of ethics and integrity.
In close partnership with the Compliance Managers you will be part of embedding Pandora’s global compliance programme into day-to-day operations, covering the areas anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, sanctions and competition law, ensuring our business runs with integrity.
Key responsibilities

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance processes. This cover topics such as governance, risk management, third party management, conflict of interest, gifts and entertainment submissions, monitoring, and digitalisation initiatives.

Be part of driving day-to-day compliance processes such as supplier screenings, gifts and entertainment submissions, conflict of interest reviews, together with the Compliance Specialist.

Identify opportunities for improvement and work on optimisation projects together with the Compliance Managers.

Maintain and update training materials and provide trainings for employees in our corporate functions, production and stores.

Help to ensure we are up-to-date on relevant regulations and best practises.

Performing risk assessments, maintain the risk register and monitoring activities to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Provide advisory on day-to-day compliance matters and be a business partner for our stakeholders.
What is needed to succeed:

3-4 years of experience working with compliance, preferably in a global corporate environment

Fluent in English, spoken and written.

You have practical knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, supplier screening/KYC and sanctions.

You are ready to be hands-on and operational, and you have the ability to translate theory into practical terms.

You have experience with being part of project teams.

You demonstrate good communication skills and can effectively explain issues and solutions to your team members and close stakeholders.

You have the ability to timely involve and inform the right stakeholders.

You have a high level of integrity and attention to detail.You foster a team culture, are a team player, can collaborate with people with different backgrounds, and view diverse perspectives as opportunities.
Your new team
You will be part of the Global Compliance team working out of Copenhagen. You will be a colleague with three other compliance professionals and seven data privacy professionals, all based in Copenhagen. We are an international and diverse group of people, everyone with a passion for compliance and business ethics. Our team members speak various languages, but English is our corporate language. Our scope is global so you can expect to work with people and cases from more than a 100 markets.
Some travel might be expected, but is limited. You will report to the Director of Global Compliance
