Job Description & Areas of Responsibility
In this role, you’ll be part of a global Category Management team who work across all of Pandora’s indirect spend. You will be reporting to the Director of Global Category Management.
You will furthermore be working closely with the Strategic Sourcing team, the local Procurement teams globally and stakeholders across the Pandora organization. You will navigate at all levels of the organization including potential C-suite, ensuring that Global Procurement s always seen as a valued and trusted business partner.
Key Responsibilities include
· Executing and delivering on Projects and Strategies in accordance with our Global Cost Program targets for the Category
· Maintaining the governance for the Category and subcategories
· Delivering results within areas such as top- and bottom-line impact, risk management, sustainability & compliance management
· Drive sourcing projects alone and together with the sourcing team
· Negotiation lead with key global suppliers
· Maintaining the supplier relation management (SRM) approach
· Managing the Category objectives (KPIs)
· Analyse and act on market trends, opportunities, risks etc.
· Be part of the digitization journey taking place across procurement in specific and Pandora in general

Something about You
· +3 Years of experience from roles within Category Management, Sourcing, Procurement or similar in a global/international setting
· A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably within Business Administration, Economics, Finance or another relevant field
· Experience with the 6 Sourcing Steps (or similar)
· Strong negotiation experience and skills
· Strong Project Management Skills
· The ability to work towards deadlines
· A dynamic and self-starter profile with a result-oriented approach and the ability to motivate others to deliver results.
