Global Brand Manager, GBU Moments

Would you like to be part of the transformation journey of our company, supporting and driving the effective execution of Pandora Moments Collection’s strategic vision and key strategic growth initiatives?

 

Your role:

In this newly established role, you will have the ability to support the GBU Moments Director in leading the Moments collection strategy by building long-term innovation plans based on robust consumer insights.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and implementation of the long-term innovation & product pipeline for the Moments collection
  • Set campaign strategies and orchestrate strong 360 cross-functional activation and go-to-market plans for innovation launches for the Moments collection
  • Monitor total brand performance tracking to influence future campaign and activation development
  • Manage the product lifecycle and develop consumer-centric, forward thinking collection strategies
  • Prepare project presentations for key strategic meetings with top management

 

What is needed to succeed:

  • Education and experience – We expect you to hold a master´s degree in economics, marketing or similar, combined with 5-7 years of relevant experience within international business and global brand management in the FMCG industry, managing a product category  
  • Consumer centricity  – expertise on working with consumer insights, brand building and innovation
  • Business acumen – a mix of commercial and marketing mindset in a direct-to-consumer first environment 
  • Stakeholder Management – Excellent relationships skills & multicultural management. Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and functions within an organization
  • Go-To-Market orchestration – Highly motivated, forward looking brand manager that can lead the Moments collection, its product strategy, innovation pipeline and Marketing support toolbox
