We are looking for a highly experienced Global Benefits Lead to help shape and build our Total Rewards agenda in close collaboration with our local Rewards Cluster Leads around the world. The role
You will join a team that interacts with all parts of the organization. You will communicate with the global organisation and local teams as well as senior leaders in order to build, explain, implement and continue to improve our Global Benefits approach. You will ensure that we are offering a competitive, fair and inspiring benefits package to all our employees globally. Further, you will strike the best balance between global principles to achieve consistencies across our clusters globally, and help review, guide and shape the local benefits/perks offering to enable countries deliver a locally competitive package.

 

You will be responsible for the design and ongoing evaluation of the Pandora’s benefits program for all levels, including expats, and all parts of the world. You will need to ensure that benefits programs support our business objectives and meet legal requirements (with support from the clusters). Further, you will work closely with your team, and the VP of P&R to support annual reporting obligations on Executive Benefits.

 

To aid in supporting the best possible employee experience, you will ensure that when it comes to benefits and value proposition, all our employees know what they need to know and understand their total rewards package. 

 


Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

  • Put together a plan and vision to understand our current global benefits offering in all Pandora locations. This will include appointing a global broker, ensuring availability and collation of data, oversee the renewals principles and calendar, and oversee the benchmarking and market prevalence analysis with the global broker
  • Build on our current positioning to define our benefits company philosophy taking into account the market view. Make a recommendation on the appropriate way to incorporate the employee view
  • Be the senior point of contact for our local clusters to understand the global guidance from Global Office
  • Develop our views on all key global benefits aspects: financial, physical, mental and social wellbeing
  • Act as a senior adviser to our Copenhagen HQ stakeholders to more specifically assist with best practices and local compliance with regards to our Copenhagen HQ benefits
  • Partner with the Employee Services team on using our HRIS system to best support the implementation and maintenance of our benefits eligibility on SuccessFactors
  • Making recommendations as appropriate based on market developments and trends
  • Collaborate with our Risk & Insurance colleagues to understand our insurable benefits spend and agree on best approach to optimise spend. Consider possible strategies, including pooling, and make recommendations.

 


Something about you

In addition, we would like you to have/be;

  • 5-10 years’ of experience in a similar HQ based role in a global matrix organization (some experience might be in consulting)
  • Experience building a Global Benefits framework
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – especially working with senior stakeholders
  • Goal oriented - ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Team player – work effectively with others to positively impact performance
  • Change adaptability - ability to recognize change and act upon it to achieve goals
  • An innovative and pragmatic mindset
