Build a culture of process excellence for compliance
As Process Excellence Specialist, you will support execution on the strategic initiatives in Pandora’s data privacy strategy and support other on-going compliance programmes. This will be done in collaboration with the rest of the Global Compliance team as well as the functional Data Privacy Managers anchored in the business. You will play your part in building a strong compliance culture globally, and you will support and build the global compliance journey from a process approach. This role involves analysing and optimising processes, design, and delivery of workshops as well as planning, coordinating, and driving implementation globally in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders such as Data Privacy Managers, Legal, and IT. Additional accountabilities include:


•    Drive structured implementation of initiatives end-to-end, including carrying out scoping and planning.
•    Secure standardisation in implementation of global processes with GDPR as main driver, but with due consideration to other data privacy regulations.
•    Optimise and enhance the processes in our privacy tool; OneTrust.
•    Ensure progress and execution on strategic privacy initiatives.



Proactive and ambitious team player with a ‘do-er’ mentality
To succeed in this role, you need to have strong analytical skills, a good overview, a critical sense, and the ability to deal with complex issues. You should be able to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, by delivering structured and simple messages and recommendations. You need experience in working with processes and frameworks and the capability to drive things forward, independently and diligently. You also need strong stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally. Furthermore, we hope that you can demonstrate:


•    3+ years of solid and documented process and/or consultancy experience
•    A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in e.g. business, economics, process management, compliance, or equivalent experience.
•    Process excellence skills, including optimising and documenting processes
•    Solid experience working within programmes and implementation
•    Project Management skills and the consultant toolkit
•    Expert with Microsoft Office Suite
•    Agile work methods – preferably within compliance and data privacy
•    CIPP/E, CIPT, CIPM or other Data Privacy certifications (is a plus)
