Brand Specialist, Global Marketing

Contribute to driving the global strategy of our Pandora collections

In this newly established role within the Pandora Global Business Unit, you will contribute to set the direction and drive the global strategy of our Pandora collections. You will work with an ambitious team to translate learnings, insights and data into clear actionable plans, campaign briefs and a 360 Go-To-Market execution.


Furthermore, your key responsibilities are to:

  • Help identifying growth opportunities within new and existing collections, based on short term commercial wins and medium-term brand building opportunities
  • Contribute with ideating, developing, and executing collection strategy based on consumer insights and business analytics
  • Design and implement brand campaigns, working closely with cross functional teams
  • Gather insights and learnings from markets, competition, merchandising and consumer and competitive research
  • Monitor the performance of the business, taking corrective actions for short, medium, and longer term
  • Manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Furthermore, we believe you have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or similar
  • 1-3+ years’ strategic marketing experience, managing a brand, product or category 
  • Analytical skills and data driven approach: ability to work with large sets of data
  • Strong passion for understanding consumers and experience in turning consumer insights into business growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills: ability to manage various stakeholders, build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
