Play an active role in driving the strategy and unlock new business opportunities at Pandora
The Global Business Unit team is run out of our headquarters in Copenhagen and is part of the Global Business Units which sits within Pandora Global Marketing. It is an agile team with an ambitious agenda that plays a key role in the company’s growth strategy. The team is responsible for the product and communication strategy at Pandora, all rooted in deep consumer understanding. 

 

As Brand Manager in the Innovation team, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute and accelerate the growth of the entire Pandora business. Reporting to the GBU VP – Services, Innovation and Modern Classics you will be working on the holistic innovation strategy and plans, building the future of Pandora’s next initiatives and ensuring we continue the great growth journey we are on. Furthermore, you will ensure delivery by working with a global cross-functional team of external and internal experts and stakeholders, curiously testing boundaries and firmly reaching the goals and getting things done.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Consumer insights generation – qualify concepts and generate product insights through qualitative and quantitative work, together with the Consumer Insights team
  • Identify market trends and opportunities and stay up to date with the industry & outside industry practices to inform the innovation strategy & roadmap
  • Help inform the innovation strategy and the 3-5 years roadmap, unlocking and sizing new growth opportunities and influencing the direction of the various collections / categories. 
  • Identify the communication & support model for the proposed innovation, to ensure plans feasibility
  • Budget and resources management to achieve the innovation goals
  • Tracking & analyzing the KPIs to measure the success of the innovation initiatives. Communicate updates, identify improvements and provide recommendations as well as action learnings.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to drive the innovation agenda - with our Crafting & Supply, Design Development, Product, Finance, Consumer Insights, E2E process management and across the Marketing organization. 


Professional competencies:
We are looking for a strong talent with an brand building track record, a solid analytical foundation and a genuine passion for consumers who thrives in a dynamic, changing, and fast-paced environment.

 

More specifically, you come with:

  • Product innovation mastery – 6 years of best-in-class marketing experience from similar roles (Global or Regional in FMCG or fashion/jewellery/watches industries), leading consumer insights work and product innovation development
  • Consumer-centricity – proven track record of driving consumer centric initiatives 
  • Strong analytical foundation based on quantitative and qualitative skills, incl. confidence working with data analysis and corroborate commercial/consumer/competitive insights to drive the strategy
  • Strategic thinking – proven track record of product strategy development
  • International Experience – experience from regional or global environments 
  • Postgraduate diploma in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing or Economics)

  • Knowledge of MS office with proficiency in Excel; Outlook; PowerPoint

The role is in Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Travelling is highly dependent on the specific project, but 10-20 days of travel per year might be expected.
