As FP&A Specialist you will be a part of the Global Finance team. This role involves partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure PANDORA's long-term and in-year forecasts and budgets are completed accurately and supports driving PANDORA’s financial ambitions.

 

Group FP&A serves as the last touchpoint before the Executive Board and the CEO/CFO. The department’s success depends on its ability to create full transparency on performance to support executive decision-making. The role is part of a team that is the CFO’s right hand in understanding and driving financial planning across the full value chain as well as contributing to transforming current ways of planning into more efficient and aligned processes. This requires a strong business partnering mindset, business acumen, and analytical skills.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the long-term financial planning process across the PANDORA group, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives 
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, to support the organization in understanding deviations from forecasts and budgets
  • Develop financial models to simulate various business scenarios 
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to help set financial targets on business performance across a wide range of functional areas
  • Support the delivery of financial presentations and reports for executive management meetings
  • Manage ad hoc senior stakeholder requests up to CFO level

 

Regulatory & business conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the group's values 
  • Take personal responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of ethics and business conduct
  • Make business partnering a high agenda item, effectively collaborating with key internal stakeholders


Something about you:

  • A master’s degree in finance
  • Advanced user in Excel and PowerPoint a must
  • Solid experience in financial reporting or forecasting 
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to draw out key messaging for senior management
  • Have an analytical outlook, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communicator – accustomed to working with senior stakeholders in a global business
  • Experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG industry is a plus
