A unique opportunity is being presented to you as Global Risk Management is searching for an Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. Your primary responsibility is to work closely with the Senior Director of Global Risk Management on the consolidated risk profile for Pandora.
Global Risk Management combines commercial knowledge and understanding of strategic risk management and performance drivers of Pandora to challenge risk assessments and mitigating activities. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager, whose goal is to enhance a future career in Risk Management.
We emphasize the importance of transparent internal risk discussions. You will handle various enterprise risk management tasks, including working with functionally deployed risk coordinators, facilitating workshops, conducting risk analysis, and reporting at group level. You will also engage in business partnering activities to enhance functional risk management competencies and work with cross-functional leaders to implement risk mitigation plans, supporting risks and control owners in Pandora’s Enterprise Risk Management program.
As part of this, your job is to:
- Proactively drive the quarterly Enterprise Risk Management reporting process and prepare ERM reports for Pandora’s Risk Management Board.
- Ensure clear accountability for risk management across the organization and maintain policies and procedures.
- Assist business functions in applying Pandora’s ERM framework through guidance, tools, and inter-personal engagement in terms of risk identification, management, and evaluation.
- Develop and challenge scenario planning and stress testing to understand how risk events may financially impact Pandora.
- Integrate Pandora’s ERM framework with strategic goal setting and objectives to formalize business-embedded risk management.
- Facilitate identification of Key Risk Indicators to formalize clear risk appetite statements outlining the level of risk Pandora accepts in order to achieve its objectives.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders across Pandora’s value chain to successfully execute Pandora’s long-term roadmap.

The position will report to the Senior Director, Global Risk Management. It requires a combination of strong business acumen and interpersonal skills and the ability to balance academics with pragmatism. You are analytical, organized and able to plan and handle many different tasks. You never lose focus, despite changing demands or tight deadlines. You have a systematic work approach with a focus on details, but never at the expense of getting things done. Furthermore, you are proactive, curious and eager towards finding new ways of simplifying and optimizing work and processes. You have a passion for developing a career in Enterprise Risk Management and/or have actively been involved in and contributed to the rollout and implementation of a GRC platform or a similar enterprise-wide platform.
Qualifications that we consider relevant:
- Are qualified to a minimum of Master’s degree level education in finance, economics, risk management or similar
- Have more than 5 years of experience in a role where cross-functional inquiries, project management and reporting a essential, driven by stakeholder engagement and collaboration; adept in a fast-paced, international setting.
- Excellent technology skills required for large data volumes; primarily using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Are fluent in written and spoken English.
- Exceptional written communication skills and can turn high-level discussions about current and future risks into reports, and other documents that support executive leadership informed decision making.
