The Role:

This role is a strategic member of the tech strategy & architecture organization that establishes enterprise-wide architecture principles, architecture patterns, enterprise architecture framework, also key player in defining target reference architecture for supply chain, integrated planning, merchandising & assortment planning and core ERP for Pandora.

This role will be crucial, in facilitating strategic & tactical technology decisions, and resolve conflicts on architecture related matters for supply chain & planning domain. As enterprise architect, you will partner closely with other architects from domain, lead engineers, executives, and product management across the domain to solve complex problems and deliver mission critical services that work at scale across the globe.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain AS-IS view, in transit view and target enterprise architecture view for supply chain & planning functional domain & core ERP platform, including business architecture, data architecture, application architecture & technology architecture.
  • Design enterprise architecture for different transformative LRP programs, with architecture runway, in supply chain & integrated planning functional domain.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive an architecture decision, to critical problem statements, facilitate consensus building among engineers, product managers and architects from omni retail & marketing domain.
  • Be a key driver in L1 governance forum , and facilitate L0 topics concerning supply chain & planning domain, and ERP core.
  • Work closely with organization domain leadership team, and will also engage proactively with business stakeholders to connect business ambitions with tech ambitions.
  • Serve as a thought leader in adopting new technologies and frameworks, conducting research, and evaluating emerging trends to keep our architecture future ready.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to translate business needs into technical actions and achievable goals.
  • Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
  • Contribute to open source, community projects and engineering standards.


What You’ll Bring:

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

 

Experience & Expertise

  • Proven leadership experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally in large-scale retail or similar industries.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP BTP) and supply chain technologies (e.g., O9).
  • Strong proficiency in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, IAF) and domains: business, data, application, and technology architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of modern architectural patterns for application development, integrations, data, and hosting.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including Agile and DevOps.

 

Technical Skills

  • Experience with major public cloud providers (e.g., Azure) and Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.

 

Communication & Leadership

  • Exceptional structuring and presentation skills to simplify complex digital ecosystems.
  • Ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences for effective message delivery.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience in dynamic environments.
