Transformation Manager - Supply Chain

Ensuring a high-performing POSM value chain  

As Transformation Manager, you will be working both with execution and on a strategic level to ensure a high performance of Pandora’s POSM value chain. In this role you will be responsible to building, implementing and facilitating the go to market process for the POSM value chain, including building a stage-gate structure with governing milestones, deliverables and clear roles and responsibilities split across the organisation. The responsibility is to cover all POSM products, ensuring full E2E accountability with cross-functional teams to achieve maximum potential and deliver new POSM products to market on time and at the right cost.  

 

In this role you will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders from different functional areas – such as Marketing, Network and Franchise, Demand Planning and Procurement – to define, continuously develop and facilitate the product lifecycle management (PLCM) process, and also oversee the governance of total POSM cost. You will also be collaborating with external stakeholders such as our Suppliers. Additional accountabilities include:  

 

  • Accountable for our global E2E POSM process flow and the continuous development of this incl. roles and responsibility structure  

  • Facilitate the collaboration and execution between internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient POSM value chain 

  • Drive the continuous optimization of the product development and go-to-market processes in order to shorten lead time and increase process robustness, transparency and scalability throughout entire value chain 

  • Accountable for performance review with internal stakeholders 

  • Run implementation of new process solutions and ensure proper tracking and evaluation are in place 

  • Facilitate Change Management training and ensure that the disciplines are implemented 

  • Accountable for POSM performance reporting to top management

  • POSM Budget  

  • Go-to-market performance (on time, in full and at right cost)  

  • POSM assortment newness  

  • Process adherence  

 

Strong value chain capabilities and mindset

You are a strong people leader who is able to navigate complexity and who can drive clear and collaborative communication with internal and external stakeholders. You have strong financial acumen and analytical skills, as well as a strong sense of urgency and responsibility. Furthermore, we hope you have or can demonstrate:  

  

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Supply Chain, Product management, Engineering, Organisation & Leadership, Finance & Economics or similar 

  • 5 years of solid experience working with PLC, Process management, Product management and/or Supply Chain  

  • Experience from a global organization – preferably within the retail, fashion or FMCG industry 

  • Skilled working with process development and adherence.  

  • English speaking role

You will be reporting to the Director of POSM Supply Chain and be a part of the ‘Global POSM Supply Chain’ team of 9 who is responsible for the operational planning and several other areas of a full end-to-end supply chain. This includes the global distribution and logistics set-up, especially anchored around our central DC and suppliers located in China, as well as global master data and general system infrastructure. We work closely together, help each other out and appreciate an informal and humorous tone. We are a part of Global Operations, which also consist of S&OP, Jewellery Supply Planning, Demand Planning and the Process Excellence teams, as well as regional operations teams across the globe.
