Performance Specialist, Global CRM Marketing

Job description:
We are looking for a Performance Specialist to join the Global CRM Marketing team to optimize, develop and maintain the email marketing performance setup. As the Performance Specialist you will become a key player in this process by leading all activities connected to measurement of automated e-mail programs and campaign newsletters.

 

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage, monitor and measure performance of e-mail marketing related efforts
  • Deliver weekly ad-hoc report on relevant Email KPIs
  • Do extensive analysis of e-mail marketing related efforts
  • Facilitate the Post-Mortem report for our campaign cycles, by gathering insights, results and recommendation for improvements to our Campaign Team and Global Business Units
  • Support the Email Automation team and working closely with our markets with A/B testing framework. From hypothesis, to setting up the test in the platform to analyze the performance and giving final recommendations
  • Test and implement new e-mail best practices as part of our Golden Rules and monitor the market adoption
  • Closely monitor the development in our active subscriber base including our efforts in data-capture and lead generation

 

Something about you:
You might be the person we are looking for if you have strong analytical skills including critical-thinking and the ability to manage large sets of data. Your communication skills give you the ability to present results in a simple and understandable manner. You value teamwork and understand how to collaborate cross-functionally and you have a ‘can do’ and problem-solving attitude.

 

What is needed to succeed:
To succeed as Performance Specialist, you might have an educational background within Marketing Analytics, Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing or similar. Furthermore, we imagine that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working within CRM and email execution
  • A great understanding of systems and integration – experience with working in marketing automation systems such as Bloomreach, Adobe Campaign or similar systems is a plus
  • Experience with measurement of e-mail marketing efforts, including experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar.
  • Critical-thinking approach to the evaluation of campaign performance.
  • Experience from the retail, fashion or FMCG industry in a global organization is appreciated but not a must.
  • You enjoy taking full ownership of your responsibilities, working in a structured manner and know how to prioritize your time.
