Email Campaign Specialist 

We are looking for a passionate Email Campaign Specialist to join our Email Campaign Team, which sits within the Global Email Marketing team in the Global Marketing organization.  

 

About the job 

The Email Campaign team supports and leverages the Global product launches and campaign activations, by creating personalized, relevant and highly impactful email campaigns for activation by local marketeers around the world.  

 

Responsibilities 

As Email Campaign Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:  

  • Creation of personalized and segmented e-mail campaigns based on consumer behavior  
  • Taking general content and maintenance ownership of always-on images, copy and dynamic blocks while ensuring alignment with Global running campaigns  
  • Driving various cross-functional projects in close collaboration with the Global Email Marketing team and regional lead cluster markets  
  • Taking lead on continuously updating our Email Master Template to ensure that our emails provide customers with a best-in-class visual user experience and that our emails are aligned with Pandora’s overall brand identity  
  • Continuous and ongoing communication with relevant stakeholders globally  
  • Uploading new content to the ESP while ensuring that proper documentation of program layouts is available for relevant stakeholders  

 

Requirements: 

The Email Campaign Specialist position requires great collaboration skills as it involves many different stakeholders across the organization and external business partners It also requires a fair amount of technical understanding and skills as working within the ESP is also part of the process.   

 

  • Min. 1-3 years of experience working within Marketing, in particular email marketing and CRM  
  • Experience from a global organization, retail, or fashion industry is appreciated but not a must  
  • Used to working with many different stakeholders and have excellent project management skills  
  • A great understanding of systems and integration – experience with working in marketing automation systems such as Bloomreach, Adobe Campaign or similar systems is a plus  
  • Critical approach to the creative evaluation of email campaign layouts 
  • You enjoy working cross-functionally with skilled colleagues from different nationalities and functions in a dynamic fast-paced environment.  
  • You enjoy taking full ownership of your responsibilities, working in a structured manner and know how to prioritize your time.   
  • You have the proven ability to work with many short deadlines
