We are looking for a passionate Email Campaign Specialist to join our Email Campaign Team, which sits within the Global CRM Team in the Global Marketing Organization. As part of the Global Email Campaign Team, you'll play a crucial role in developing personalized, impactful, and meaningful email campaigns for global activation by local marketers across the globe.

 

Using your strong project management skills and creative talent, you'll collaborate with the team to create global email activations that resonate with our brand and align with our email strategies. Your responsibilities will include driving our editorial email strategy and actively participating in email campaigns and projects. Reporting to the Global Email Campaign Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving our email engagement efforts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement the editorial email strategy and activations – from defining and strategizing our quarterly editorial email themes, to creating creative briefs, to working closely with all go-to-market functions as well as the dedicated editorial team to bring the vision to life, leading defined monthly editorial themes and market communication, implementation, and uploads.
  • Craft engaging and personalized email campaigns tailored to consumer behavior, aiming to elevate the customer experience and ensure our communication resonates with our audiences, fostering meaningful connections and driving impactful results.
  • Contribute to and implement projects aligned with our global email strategy involving local markets and global stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our global email strategy together with the team to ensure the best insights, recommendations, and impact for our goals.
  • Partner and collaborate with multiple internal functions, including Editorial, GTM, CRM, Social & Influencer, Website, Loyalty, and Brand Communication, to ensure all activations are aligned, and to facilitate direct communication with our local markets.

 

Qualifications and experience:

  • 4+ years of industry and/or relevant work experience in digital marketing, specifically in email marketing and CRM.
  • Experience in a global organization, retail, or the fashion industry is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of systems and integrations – experience with working in marketing automation systems such as Bloomreach, Adobe Campaign, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate and manage platforms and tools used by multiple functions, as well as the ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, project management, and creative mindset, along with excellent people skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.
