Email and CRM Specialist

Are you passionate about email marketing and CRM. Does the opportunity to create omnichannel customer experiences excite you If so this is the role you’re looking for.  

 

You will work for the Personalisation Director in the newly established Centre of Excellence working with the Personalisation Lead and Paid and Web design counterparts to create omnichannel user cases that will eventually glow into the global teams.

 

The Centre of Excellence aim to develop an ominichannel best in class experience including paid, email, online and in store. You’ll be working for one of the largest global jewellery retailers.

 

The Role

As an email and CRM specialist you will have responsibility for the end-to-end responsibility for the e-mail user case process and the build for omnichannel journeys to launch across multiple platforms developing  an omnichannel customer experience.

 

  • End-to-end planning with Personalisation leads, development and supporting execution of global e-mail campaigns
  • Creation of personalized and segmented e-mail user cases based on consumer behavior
  • Coordination with our Brand Dynamic Content Factory for content working with Web, Paid and other channels as required for an omnichannel approach.
  • Build the omnichannel customer journeys through Bloomreach our CDP.Ensure audience targeting enables Pandora to provide unique and personalized omni-channel customer experiences
  • Supporting personaliasation lead to define audience groups for personalization managing and enhancing audience group collaboration with Audience team in HO Marketing
  • Leverage and drive CRM functionality, its value, use, and importance in personalization across Pandora by sharing learnings and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders outside Personalization CoE including global channels and Data & Analytics from Digital & Technology area
  • Engage in dialogue with legal and external agencies as needed to ensure compliance in data sharing, -ingestion, and –transfer processes
  • Governance of processes and quality assurance of new features
  • Technically set-up of e-mail campaigns in Bloomreach

 

Personal competetencies

The use of case creation requires great collaboration skills as it involves alignment with a wider cross-functional group. It also requires a fair amount of technical ability to understand and navigate the marketing tools used for email send-outs.

 

  • Ability to work in agile and fast paced, multiple project environment
  • Team player able to gain trust and respect from peers being considered  subject-matter expert and go-to person on audiences and segmentation
  • Solid communication and stakeholder skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HO units from Marketing and Digital & Technology as well as cluster representatives
  • Deep-passion for understanding customer behaviour and associated data points turning these into targetable audience groups

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working with CRM, building emails and developing customer journeys with audience targeting
  • Proficiency in CRM and email creation email and audience related technologies and tools
  • Strong understanding of use case testing approaches
  • Batchelor’s in Marketing
  • Experience from a global organization, retail, or fashion industry is appreciated but not a must
  • Experience working with Bloomreach a nice to have, or email platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe

  • Soft Skills are a must for this job, you’ll need to be at ease working with the team in the Centre of Excellence and taking responsibility for your work
  • You enjoy working cross functionally with skilled colleagues in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to coordinate and liaise between a wide variety of stakeholders internally across Pandora and externally towards agencies identifying roadblocks and assisting in clearing them
