ERP Project Manager

Lead the Finance workstream of the ERP Implementation Programme 
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Finance workstream of the ERP Implementation Programme in line with the plan and budget to achieve agreed business outcomes. You will work closely with integration partners, carry out planning in accordance with the needs of the project, set deadlines, delegate tasks to the project team, track progress of the project, and report statuses to stakeholders. You will identify and manage risks, implement necessary changes throughout the project, and evaluate successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next projects.   
 
As ERP Project Manager, you will manage internal/external resources assigned to fulfil Finance requirements. You will do so by using implementation methodology, leading implementation planning, and controlling project and overall execution. You will develop positive relationships with all project stakeholders, creating a highly collaborative environment that helps deliver on ERP implementation plans. 
 
Adding to the above, key accountabilities include: 
 
•    Complete overall finance ERP project management for implementation of new Global ERP system 
•    Select, lead and motivate your project team from both internal and external stakeholder organisations 
•    Be responsible for implementation of Global ERP system and change request deployment activities using Agile Development methodology 
•    Ensure testing and documentation procedures are followed and work with continuous improvement towards these processes with business consultants and technical developers 
•    Work closely with integration partners to ensure that existing and relevant Finance applications are well integrated with future ERP platforms 
•    Follow a standard process as defined by a recognised professional project management certification

•    5+ years of solid experience working as a Finance ERP Project Manager on several projects 
•    A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT or similar 
•    Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry (preferred) 
•    Experience with Finance operational processes (required) 
•    Professional project management certification 
•    Budget, cost & performance management 
•    Proficiency with: Microsoft project or equivalent, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel 
•    Strong facilitator and communicator, great presentation skills, and good knowledge of relevant IT enablers
