ERP Change Manager

Drive ERP change initiatives and enable new ways of working in Pandora 
Pandora is embarking on a new growth journey, and the support of these strategic efforts across Pandora relies on the success of the next generation of ERP as its key enabler towards unlocking business outcomes. In this role, you will be part of a team with active participation in Global Business Services (GBS)’ transformation. You will take charge in delivering change management and communication activities to maximise change adoption – ultimately resulting in the realisation of GBS’ business objectives.  
 
Furthermore, you will be working with the ERP Project Manager in ensuring ERP change initiatives are implemented successfully through a structured best practice change management and communication approach. Focus will be on managing and communicating technology-driven change introduced to our processes and organisation. You will interact with multiple senior stakeholders within the organisation and across functions (e.g. Supply Chain and Manufacturing) and different projects.  
 
Other key accountabilities include: 
 
•    Define and execute the activities to help ensure achievement of the projected business benefits after delivery 
•    To be an active member in shaping the global approach to change practices across Pandora, and ensuring the execution and alignment of these principles and tools across the CFO area 
•    Own and deliver a change and communication plan; ensuring messages are crafted for the right audience at the right time in the right channel in a consistent and engaging format 
•    Outline key business engagement messages that need to be communicated throughout projects 
•    Contribute to the wider Community of Change Practice to establish globally consistent standards, approaches, tools, and templates of change 
•    Proactively engage, inform and influence key stakeholders relevant for the specific change initiatives 
•    Continuously seek external knowledge to drive increased efficiency in change impact across Pandora

•    A bachelor’s or master’s degree within Business; specialising in Human Resources, Business Transformation or similar 
•    Proven experience within Change Management and Communication within ERP implementation programs 
•    Professional Change Management accreditation 
•    Experience in working in international environments 
•    Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life-cycle 
•    Full professional proficiency of written and oral English 
•    Proven track record from similar organisations or positions 
•    Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel 
•    Great verbal and written communication and presentation skills 
•    Ability to structure and follow up pro-actively

You will be part of diverse, multilingual, Global Business Services (GBS) Project Management Office (PMO) Team. With ERP Implementation Programme anchored into Digital and Technology (D&T), you will work very closely in D&T team of Pandora.
