Your role
NPD gate keeper:

  • Be the go to person for cross functional teams regarding timeline and deliveries of key milestone and giving advice on impact on timelines.
  • Kick off cycle work and schedule milestone meeting.
  • Effectively reminder and communicate key milestone, upcoming deliverables, and tracking progress.
  • Proactively connect cross function teams together to run key forum for Gates, milestone, and escalation.
  • Be the gate keeper of late change and additional request, facilitate the decision with cross functional team and communicate change.
  • Actively support cross functional team on challenge and communication.

 

Driving excellence and Agility in NPD process:

  • Be the PMO and go to person for fast track timelines/ lead XF to the successfully launch of new product.
  • Proactively support cross functional team to facilitate decision making and escalation to LT if needed.
  • Priortitization of projects if needed.
  • Coordinate prelaunch with cross functional team.
  • Lead and check in with Collabs team on contract sign off/ensure collection can be kick off at Gate 0.

 

Other:

  • Support the update of PNC and communicate to cross functional teams.
  • Facilitate the decision on sample requirement.
  • Map the roll out plan and agree on handover timeline with the XF team.

 

Personal competencies

  • +5 years of experience within relevant field.
  • Bachelor degree within Business & Management or similar.
  • Passion for Project Management, Innovation and Development process.
  • Comfortable at excelling in a fast-paced environment whilst demonstrating resilience in an ever-changing environment.
  • Be comfortable at being the go-to person in the E2E team on any timing/deliverables queries.
  • Detail oriented without losing the big picture.
  • Highly motivated, result oriented and collaborative team player.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and bring different disciplines towards achieving a common business goal.
  • Self-starter who identifies areas of opportunity and drives forward efficiencies, processes, global strategies and goals forward with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Positive, flexible and action orientated with a growth mindset.
