Director - Dynamic Content Factory, Global Brand & Communication (BRACO)

Would you like to join the internal agency at Pandora and be a part of a multidisciplinary team of creatives that drive the visual and communicational expression for the Pandora brand?


About the job

You will lead a newly created multifunctional team, which includes creatives resources and data/project management resources, to accelerate Pandora´s ability to deliver personalized content to targeted audiences. You will manage use case requests and provide input on use cases to launch, running

creative ideation on executing dynamic content and partnering with content producer(s) on running content production. You will build new content creation approaches and bring this new knowledge to the rest of the organization.




Reporting directly to VP of Brand of Communication, the DCF Director will:


  • Own execution of use cases

  • Collaborate closely with brand team to ensure consistent branding in DCF

  • Gather internal use case requests and collate into guidance on prioritization of dynamic content use cases

  • Ensure professional development and performance management for individual team members; 5 people reporting into this role – Art Director, Copywriter, Graphic Designer, Project/Insights Manager, Data Steward

  • Continuously manage stakeholders across E2E dynamic content production process

  • Support local markets to aid ways of working with DCF team

  • Assist with managing ecosystem of external content and tech partners

  • Report on content and use case performance based on standardized KPIs

  • Input into MarTech team on creative production tech feature and product utilisation

  • Define new ways of delivering content for the whole Brand & Communication team, bringing innovation in terms of content ideation and development (such as fully personalized dynamic assets)

  • Educate internal teams on dynamic content principles and best in class activations




  • Strong communication and leadership skills, able to act as connection point across org for Dynamic Content Factory

  • Ability to gather, collate and generate insights from several information sources

  • Experience in establishing new and innovative processes within a company

  • Strong analytical mind, ability to report and apply learnings from performance measures to superiors and team

  • Interest in and knowledge of the latest in creative automation

  • Strong stakeholder management competencies

  • Fluent in English, speaking and writing
