As the Domain Architect in Retail and E-commerce, you will be instrumental in shaping our architectural strategy and guiding cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities

Architectural Planning & Governance:

  • Collaborate with the Engineering Director to develop and implement a detailed architectural strategy.

  • Ensure alignment between architecture planning and business goals across product lines.

  • Lead architectural governance processes and facilitate effective decision-making.

Leadership of Architecture & Engineering Teams:

  • Directly manage Solution and Technical Architects, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

  • Mentor team members to promote professional growth and skill development.

System Design & Implementation:

  • Design end-to-end solutions for retail and e-commerce platforms.

  • Gather system requirements from stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.

  • Evaluate and recommend technologies that enhance performance, security, and scalability.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive implementation of architectural solutions.

  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

 

What You Bring to the Team

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable retail and e-commerce systems.

  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams of 5-10.

  • Strong knowledge of relevant technologies, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud and cloud-based solutions like Azure.

  • Familiarity with Order Management Systems and retail POS platforms.

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
