The product portfolio in Finance & ERP product includes a newly initiated global ERP implementation that will create a digital foundation for growth and customer engagement. A strategic ERP journey that will go on for the next 3-5 years and that will have a broad global company reach. You will partner and engage with our global finance communities and executive stakeholders and work closely with our delivery managers and engineering team, to deliver on our digital promise.

 

We have embarked on a multi-year transformational journey to implement SAP S/4HANA as our new ERP to drive our business transformation. It’s time for us to revolutionise our digital backbone and transform how we deliver and support our business, enabling our customers to give a voice to their loves. Your role as a Product Director, Core Finance & ERP:

 

As a director for Finance & ERP products, you will support Pandora’s strategic aspiration to be the leading direct-to-consumer brand using digital to create intimacy at scale for our consumers & shoppers. To reach this goal, we need a world class technology that optimizes Pandora’s business service delivery through automation and process simplification.

 

You will be involved in building a product management team of 3-5 product managers within our digital product domain; Finance and ERP products. You will lead our transformation into an agile product lead unit, implement product management capabilities and work in a CoP with other product directors and managers across the domains of Digital & Tech in Pandora. Together with the broader leadership team in Digital & Tech, you will be part of driving the digital transformation of Pandora and transition Pandora’s IT organization from a traditional to an agile model and new ways of working.

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

  • Building and leading a team of high performance product managers that embodies our core values and delivers world class product management
  • Drive the digital product innovation and design process by working backwards from the customer and serving as their voice
  • Drive the analysis and application of data in the product development process. Foster and evangelize data-driven approaches and decision making.
  • Synthesize and drive product strategy and vision using input from stakeholders and analytics from various sources.
  • Develop the product roadmap, KPI’s and prioritization of goals to create a world-class digital experience for our customers and stakeholders
  • The overall backlog across Finance and ERP digital products
  • Ensuring processes are aligned, followed and reported on to relevant stakeholders
  • Build strong working relationships across multiple business and tech teams to collaborate and ensure alignment on priorities and goals.

 

 

What is needed to succeed:

 

  • Proven track record and expertise in working with engineering, product design, and cross-functional partners to build products.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in the full lifecycle of product management: product vision and roadmaps, writing exceptional PRDs and releasing high-visibility and complex products globally with high impact.
  • Leadership and operational experience within the finance domain
  • Good knowledge of processes like Source to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report and technologies
  • Ability to translate your product plans for any audience, through well-crafted strategic documents, thorough requirements, and clear communication with stakeholders
  • Being comfortable working with short lead-time, dynamic change management and highly volatile environment
  • Passion for continuous learning, evangelizing product management and be a promoter of best practices within the team and company
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for building high performance teams in a dynamic and informal global culture, ensuring high level of motivation and enthusiasm amongst team members
  • Poses the ability to listen, coach and guide our talent and groom the way for future opportunities
