Director of Global Performance

We are looking for a highly experienced Director of Global Performance to help shape and build our approach to Performance in close collaboration with our Pandora local clusters around the world. The Role
You will join a team that interacts with all parts of the organization, communicated with the global organisation and local teams as well as senior leaders in order to build, explain, implement and continue to improve our Performance Management approach. You will ensure that we give our employees an opportunity to excel, grow, learn, develop and be recognised for it through an engaging, fair and transparent performance approach for all our employees globally. Further, you will be part of a small Performance & Reward leadership team and will act as Reward Partner to the clusters to ensure effective deployment of all performance policies, and effective representation of local business needs in global policies.
To aid in supporting the best possible employee experience, you will own and ensure that when it comes to Performance Management, all our employees know our approach, feel engaged and are treated fairly.
Key responsibilities
Your work will be divided equally between policy work and partnering, as one of two director roles in the global Performance & Reward team. Depending on business priorities, your personal impact and development interests, key accountabilities will include:
- Developing a performance approach that inspires our talent and all employees with careers, development, pay and incentives that deliver great reward for great performance
- Being a senior adviser to HRBPs and leaders with regards to driving performance through the program
- Supporting our Employee Services team in optimising SuccessFactors to support our Performance approach
- Providing indirect leadership from a Performance & Reward expertise standpoint to the P&R team members in the supported geographies, and the analysts in our PMO Services team
- There will be opportunities to develop and take on additional responsibilities
Customer oriented team player with strong analytical skills
As the Director of Global Performance, you are a team player who can work effectively with colleagues and partners at all organisational levels to positively impact performance. You are customer oriented and is able to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and gain their trust and respect. Added to that, you have the ability to influence increasingly complex situations and you recognize changes and act upon them to achieve goals.
We also hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the field of performance management, including some exposure to people policy setting in a global context. Further, we expect you have an understanding of reward.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally
- Experience with people performance management global projects
- Experience as a skilled people leader
- Experience in global retail is a plus
- Experience in Reward is a plus
