The role: Director, Program Management – Business Transformation (SAP S/4HANA)
In this senior leadership role, you will lead the global rollout of our Finance & Sales template and oversee our distribution template implementation. You will serve as the strategic anchor across a multi‑year, multi-stream, global program — ensuring quality delivery, alignment, and business value realization. You will build, inspire, and guide a team of senior project leaders, fostering strong collaboration, trust, and accountability.
What You’ll Own & Lead:
Program Leadership & Execution
- Lead all planning, execution, and delivery activities across the transformation program
- Ensure business outcomes are delivered on time, in scope, and within budget
- Drive end-to-end program governance, including executive steering committees and Business Owner Group forums
Strategic Alignment & Collaboration
- Partner with peer Program Directors and Process Leads to ensure consistent governance across workstreams
- Align all streams toward long‑term roadmap and transformation objectives
- Oversee resource planning to secure capacity, capability, and the right talent mix
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Be the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across business and technology
- Manage vendor relationships, commercials, and value realization from contracts
- Work closely with PMO and Internal Audit to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and legal requirements
What You Bring:
- 10+ years’ experience leading large‑scale business and technology transformation programs
- Proven leadership in delivering global SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams across regions, time zones, and cultures
- A passion for coaching, empowering teams, and cultivating a positive, high‑performance culture
- Mastery of stakeholder management, change leadership, and communication
- Retail and omni-channel experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of change management frameworks is a plus
