A Global Leader and a Driving Force Behind Pandora’s POSM Supply Chain 

 

As Director, POSM Supply Chain, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Point of Sales Materials (POSM) supply chain, ensuring marketing materials, packaging, displays, trays and sellable accessories are seamlessly delivered across our large global and expanding network. Your leadership will directly impact Pandora’s Silverstone Programme, targeting a 1BDKK EBIT improvement through 2025-2026. 

 

In this role, you will: 

  • Be accountable for all our global supply planning for POSM materials, ensuring high product availability across ten regional distribution centers (DCs) at lowest cost and inventory 

  • Optimize inventory performance, balancing demand, cost, and service levels both on strategic and operational horizons 

  • Own and drive the S&OP process for the POSM value chain, aligning supply chain operations with commercial, marketing and procurement teams. 

  • Develop and run our inbound logistics and transportation, working with forwarders to ensure on-time deliveries while optimizing the freight budget and develop the area strategically 

  • Collaborate and lead cross-functionally with Store Creative & Design, Procurement, Merchandising, and Regional Operations to streamline planning processes, find and deliver cost improvements while improving the consumer experience 

  • Set the future vision and strategy for the POSM supply chain, driving EBIT improvements and operational excellence. 

  • Be part of our Global Supply Chain Leadership team with accountability for our full S&OP, S&OE, inventory and supply planning for the full value chain in Pandora including leading and executing on our large full transformation of planning in Pandora (HERO Programme) where we implement O9 as our new fully integrated planning solution end-2-end. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 8+ years of experience in global supply chain, logistics, planning, procurement, or merchandising. 

  • Strong expertise in S&OP, demand, inventory, and supply planning. 

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams and drive strong succession and talent factory 

  • Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management at a senior level including strong communication skills 

  • Proficiency with ERP and advanced planning systems (AX/SAP, Logility/O9). 

  • Strategic and visionary mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Experience in an international setting, preferably with production or regional sites.
