Director, Global eCommerce Trading and Testing

As Director of Global eCommerce Trading & Testing, you will be responsible for driving the global commercial ambition for Pandora.net, acting as a center of excellence supporting and propelling clusters in their execution. This role is pivotal in ensuring Pandora delivers its full e-commerce commercial ambition, targeting DKK 10 billion by 2026, doubling its 2022 figures, by enabling stronger global versus cluster e-commerce collaboration. You will be accountable for delivering this commercial ambition for Pandora.net and will prepare and drive weekly commercial drumbeats with the clusters, with support from the SVP of e-commerce. Furthermore, key accountabilities include:

Act as an interlink between global e-commerce and interfacing functions to drive the commercial agenda, including merchandising, marketing, sales, and supply, as well as cluster e-commerce teams.

Provide inputs to the e-commerce product line development roadmap in close collaboration with the Head of e-commerce experience.

Define testing priorities and roadmap, unify testing backlogs across clusters, and provide testing templates and best practices on trading and testing.

Challenge clusters' financial plans, ensuring consistency with global ambition, and monitor progress against it, with support from the transformation and analytics team.
Strong commercial understanding and mindset
We are seeking a pivotal leader adept at steering teams through dynamic global shifts while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. With extensive retail and industry experience, preferably within branded consumer goods, our ideal candidate possesses a proven ability to build and develop successful and comparably sizeable teams. With a strong commercial business acumen, you’ll propel results with integrity and credibility, always prioritizing what is right for Pandora. Your resilience and adaptability will shine as you navigate diverse perspectives and cultures, fostering collaboration and delivering on commitments. Furthermore, you can demonstrate:

Track record of delivering strong results in similar roles (e.g., e-commerce sales growth, conversion rate improvement)

Master’s degree in business (Marketing/Tech background preferred)

Experience as head of other customer journey roles on a Director/VP level in a similar retail business

A track record in global organizations (multi-sites preferable).
