The purpose of the Group FP&A function is to take ownership of managing and steering the financial performance of Pandora Group, and we play a vital role in defining and enforcing the global performance management framework and policies across Global Finance. This includes being the driver of planning, budgeting and forecasting, defining KPIs, management reporting, models used in Pandoras ability to provide the right guidance on expected future performance to the capital market.
The Group FP&A function houses the analytical skillsets and value-chain insight needed to act as a finance business partner for both the CEO and CFO, as well as overseeing Group’s financial performance and financial planning.
As Director, FP&A Group Financial Planning, you will work cross-functionally on performance management direction setting and performance insights, build and communicate financial targets, oversee the planning process and drive scenario building in close collaboration with key business and finance stakeholders. The FP&A planning team is a key business partner to the Group CFO and SVP Corporate Finance, providing financial insights to support guidance and investor communication.
The role requires a combination of strong business acumen, strategic mindset and value-chain insight. Experience in commercial finance or financial planning is preferred, along with a deep understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet. You will take strong ownership in driving Pandora’s planning and forecasting process, ensuring we have accurate, streamlined and agile processes.
This is a high pace role with considerable senior stakeholder visibility. There will be ample opportunity to develop the role. We are therefore looking for a person who has a strong mindset of constantly improving and streamlining, both from a process and technology perspective. You will be a role model for analytical excellence, with a natural ability to connect reporting and analysis to drive actionable insights. You ask the right questions to understand the links between performance drivers and financial outcomes, and you thrive on curiosity and clarity.
Further, you will:
- Drive process and execution discipline including global standardization and efficiencies for Pandora in the digital planning area
- Develop reporting to Pandora’s Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors on budget and forecast scenarios
- Build and maintain strong relationships and act as a trusted business partner across functions
- Lead and energize an analytical team, ensuring strong engagement and direction, while fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement
- Build solid succession planning and talent pipeline, providing ongoing coaching to strengthen the team’s performance, and supporting the members to achieve their career development goals
Limited international travelling is to be expected.

You will lead a team of ~5 direct reports and be part of the wider Group FP&A team based in Pandora HQ (Copenhagen). You will report directly to the VP of Group FP&A.
