This position is responsible for leading direction, strategy and growth of the Digital Experience department. We are looking for a Creative Digital Experience Director who will guide overarching strategic vision across digital and conversion marketing campaigns, including end-to-end website processes, that solve business challenges, drives results and enhance our Brand Experience. As a dedicated relationship builder and problem solver, the individual in this role will lead the development and expansion of this department working closely with our Commercial teams and our Digital Hub to deepen the digital marketing understanding and performance, champion internal staff mentorship and create digital marketing processes that support our business targets.


Job Description:

Pandora’s Director, Digital Experience will report to the VP, Owned Digital as a key leader of Pandora’s marketing team. Full of creative solutions and ambitious vision, the ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and experience to immediately drive transformational innovations balanced with a creative vision to enhance our brand experience for consumers across all Pandora’s websites globally. Equally important, he or she will have extremely strong people skills to listen actively to key stakeholders, collaborate closely with other departments, manage a high-performing team of technical and creative experts, and inspire our Pandora community to embrace change.



  • As a leader within the Marketing team, reinforce positive culture, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective on all digital marketing and web strategies to achieve desired client outcomes – working closely with Commercial, Digital Hub and Brand teams as well as cross-department team members.
  • Own and set direction for our Digital Experience strategy planning within broader integrated marketing strategies, working collaboratively with the Brand & Communications department.
  • Be creative with state-of-the-art digital experiences & user activations tapping into co-creation, social commerce, digital goods, metaverse etc.
  • Provide central guidance for clusters and markets for ongoing campaigns as well as always on communication with a special focus on commerciality
  • Ensure all markets are aligned and on-board with the Digital Experience Strategy & activations, and that they are fully briefed and supported per activation and campaign
  • Partner and collaborate with multiple internal functions, including Commercial, Digital & Tech, PR, CRM, retail, brand communication and media team – as well as product and design teams – to ensure all activities are aligned
  • Create presentation materials to support communication to Executive management, Board of Directors, and wider senior stakeholder groups
  • Work directly with Pandora Digital & Tech leadership team and Pandora senior management, problem-solve on their key issues, act as a thought-partner and provide actionable recommendations that drive impact and change
  • Independently lead strategic workstreams with broad stakeholder landscape
  • Develop and coach junior team members


Qualifications and experience:

  • 10+ years of industry and/or relevant work experience in the field of Digital Experience marketing or within another role heavily linked to Website & E-Commerce
  • Experience in digital & brand communications, campaign development and digital content creation- ideally at an international level. Strong understanding of Display & Video, specifically for Google DV 360
  • Ability to collaborate and manage platforms and tools used by multiple functions, as well as the ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Broad understanding of the fashion or jewelry industry with a strong understanding for cultural trends & user behavior
  • Great presentation and organizational skills, great people skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English language

  • A passion for Digital, Brand Communication & campaign creation
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to think user first
  • You work independently, but are also a strong team player that is able to work across different stakeholders
  • You are a creative superstar getting inspiration from the world of digital, other brands and trends happening.
  • You are outgoing, energetic and have a positive mind-set and most importantly: you bring passion for the topics you work on.
  • You are flexible in terms of assignments and workload when required, incl. travelling for work related reasons, this may require travelling on weekends.
