Shape the Future of Pandora’s Digital Ecosystem
In this senior leadership role, you will define the vision, strategy, and evolution of Pandora’s owned digital touchpoints. You will ensure that every digital interaction reflects our brand ambition, strengthens consumer connection, and supports our commercial priorities.
We’re seeking a digital leader with strategic depth, hands on operational understanding, and a passion for creating consumer centric digital experiences across complex, cross functional environments.
What You’ll Lead & Own
You will set the end-to-end direction for Pandora’s digital experience, covering:

Website experience and global digital campaigns

Content strategy, localisation, translations, and publishing
-
Scalable content frameworks, governance, and tooling
-
Insights-driven optimisation and activation excellence
You will partner closely with Marketing, Digital Hub (D&T), Ecommerce, CRM, Retail, and Brand teams to create a cohesive, elevated digital presence that strengthens consumer connection and supports our growth agenda.

A Highly Cross Functional Role
Your work will touch nearly every part of the organisation. You will:

Define long-range digital experience priorities and roadmap
-
Lead global digital activations and ensure commercial impact

Partner with UX/UI, Product, Creative, CRM, Paid Media, and Regional Ecommerce

Support markets through clear frameworks, guidance, and enablement
-
Improve content workflows, CMS processes, and overall digital efficiency

Represent Digital Experience in key governance and decision-making forums
You will lead a team of managers, specialists, and coordinators, as well as cross-functional project teams and agency partners - operating with a high degree of autonomy.
What We’re Looking For

10+ years in digital marketing, digital experience, ecommerce, or related fields
-
Leadership experience managing teams and complex digital initiatives
-
Background in digital experience strategy, web optimisation, and digital-first content & campaign development

Experience in consumer-focused industries such as retail, fashion, or lifestyle
-
Ability to influence and align stakeholders across a large matrix organisation
-
Strong understanding of digital tools, CMS platforms, consumer behaviour, and performance optimisation
-
Commercial and brand-oriented mindset
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
