Are you a visionary Delivery Director with a passion for leading large-scale technology programs? Do you want to make a global impact and help shape how the world’s largest jewellery brand brings cutting-edge supply chain technology to life? If so, this could be the role for you.

We are seeking an experienced Director, Delivery Management to join our world-class Delivery & Planning team in Copenhagen.

In this role, you will own delivery for our Global Operations & Planning Tech portfolio — spanning Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and end-to-end planning from Manufacturing to Retail.

Within Global Operations & Planning tech, you’ll oversee three distinct areas leveraging both waterfall and scaled agile methodologies to drive delivery. You’ll translate strategic priorities into reliable, predictable delivery of complex, cross-functional programs that enhance operational efficiency and help PANDORA give a voice to people’s loves.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent supply chain technology programs (WMS, TMS, E2E Planning).

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Drive release planning, cross-team orchestration, and ensure technical and operational readiness.

  • Own program risk management: identify issues early, develop mitigation plans, and communicate trade-offs.

  • Proactively collaborate with other delivery colleagues to ensure consistent delivery on all objectives across PANDORA

Governance & Reporting

  • Ensure effective governance through existing and new portfolio forums.

  • Standardize and maintain accurate, timely status reporting across initiatives.

  • Monitor risks, escalations, and dependencies at both initiative and program levels.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Represent delivery to senior leadership with clear communication and actionable recommendations.

  • Build strong relationships with business, technology stakeholders, and delivery leaders.

  • Manage strategic vendors and system integrators, governing SLAs, SOWs, and delivery performance.

Financial Oversight

  • Own financial management for the domain, including budgets, forecasts, and actuals.

  • Provide insights into financial health, highlighting variances and recommending mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members across programs and domains.

  • Support capability development, resource planning, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively identify opportunities to champion our digital transformation

  • Measure and improve delivery performance using metrics, dashboards, and post-mortems.

  • Drive continuous improvement through influence and cross-functional governance.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of delivery/program management experience, including 3+ years at a director or equivalent level leading multiple delivery teams.

  • Proven track record delivering complex programs, ideally in supply chain or logistics systems (WMS, TMS, E2E Planning).

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe) and experience with modern delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines).

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence senior business owners, product, and engineering stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors and system integrators, including contracting and SOW governance.

  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, with the ability to influence without direct

authority.
