Support Pandora’s strategic initiatives within the Commercial area
As Director, Commercial Strategy Lead you will report into the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development, but partner closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and CCO area to support the continued growth of Pandora and drive strategic initiatives. Specifically, you will

Work closely with both the global Strategy team and the CCO area to drive the strategic agenda in Commercial

Facilitate the strategy formulation within the Commercial area together with the CCO leadership team

Collaborate with the CCO leadership team to drive critical projects and problem-solving – your role can be both spearheading projects together with the global strategy team and facilitating delivery of cross functional projects within the CCO area ensuring that interfaces between teams are effective and efficient

Keep oversight of strategy realization and ensure strategic initiatives progress and track well by fx

Review strategic objectives with the CCO and/or other senior management in the function. Ensure adequate planning, resourcing and risk management is in place over each strategic initiative

Maintain an overall timeline of priorities and provide periodic progress updates to the CCO. Proactively flag issues or risk and support developing mitigation plans

Help prepare materials on behalf of the CCO for input and / or decision-making from the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors

Together with the global Strategy team, develop a point of view for the CCO organisation on external market trends, competition, and other global influences, e.g., omni capabilities, competitive analysis, the future of retail, etc.

Min. 5-8 years of relevant experience from Management Consulting or a Corporate Strategy function (a must)

A relevant Master’s degree

Ability to work independently but also to collaborate with cross-functional business partners

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-
Well organised with a great deal of attention to detail
-
High level of proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint and other widely used technologies
