Develop end-to-end business processes to support new initiatives 
We are looking for a Digital Store Experience Specialist to support our efforts in elevating our service and driving productivity in retail. Specifically, you will be responsible for delivering key projects across the store network, and you will be responsible for co-creating ‘fit for purpose’ retail technology initiatives in line with strategic objectives. You will drive and champion a culture of continuous improvement and change, supporting the Market Clusters in embedding new ways of working and adopting new processes and systems. You will have the opportunity to help shape this role, as well as shape the retail of the future.  Furthermore, you will: 

  • Co-own the end-to-end implementation plan for assigned projects, connecting relevant teams and ensuring clear objectives and KPI’s are communicated and understood 

  • Partner with commercial, technology, digital and other business functions to identify business opportunities by understanding current pain points and store needs to elevate the customer experience 

  • Measure success of implementation of retail projects, ensuring they meet the overall objectives and KPI’s 

  • Proactively drive a strong support model to ensure the stores are serviced in line with their needs - particularly in peak trade 

  • Nurture strong relationships with Market Clusters to encourage feedback as well as share best practices and lessons learnt to drive future improvements 


Passion for consumers and curious about the future of omni-channel retail 
To succeed in this role, you need to have a commercial mind-set, be result-driven, and always place the customer at the heart of everything you do. You have project management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence others. You hold a retail or sales background combined with a strong commercial awareness and business understanding. You have great organization skills and you are structured in the way you approach your work. You also understand the importance of well-documented processes and presentations. You are proactive and ambitious with a ‘doer’ mentality, and you are a trustworthy colleague who thrives with being visible in the organization. Furthermore, you bring: 

  • Min 3-5 years of field experience in retail or the service industry (preferably in a global organization) 

  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (Economics, Marketing, Commercial, Business Administration, etc.) 

  • Experience in being actively involved in delivering projects and collaborating across multiple functions while also being able to drive projects and initiatives independently 

  • Enjoy establishing good relationships with colleagues across nationalities, functions and management layers 

  • Able to deal with uncertainty in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced environment 

  • Technical understanding which makes you able to be the communicator between business and technology 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project management tools

Your new team 
You will become part of Global Retail Excellence team which sits in the newly created Chief Commercial Office located in our Global Office in Copenhagen. In this global role, you will be reporting to the Manager of Retail Standards and Operations and be partnering closely with the Retail Operations Leads in each of our Clusters.
