Your role:  

As a digital innovation and project manager, you will undertake the responsibility for leading key development projects grounded in paid media and performance marketing, including our marketing innovation programs. At Pandora we view marketing as a key growth driver, and we aim to continually improve how we develop and execute our approach. In this role, you will be expected to champion this approach and attitude towards key stakeholders such as markets, global collaborators, tech vendors as well as external agencies and consultancies.

 

You will engage with multiple stakeholders across the organisation as well as external partners, and you are expected to drive change and enable others to contribute to key projects as they unfold. 

 

Together with the rest of the global marketing team, our clusters, our digital hub and other key stakeholders, you will support Pandora’s ability to deliver on marketing agility, and continually review and optimize our processes, systems and governance models to enable this. 

 

Key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Global Director for paid media and performance marketing and in collaboration with the rest of the global paid media and performance marketing team as well as the overall marketing team, you will help structure and execute key marketing projects that support our overall strategy.

 

Key tasks and projects include: 

 

  • Data driven consumer growth (DDCG) program – the key program to drive digital innovation in paid media. Since 2019, the DDCG program has provided Pandora with a structured approach to test, learn and scale. Every year markets and global stakeholders collectively prioritize key innovation experiments that is due to be executed across channels, and if they work, we scale them. Your role as a project manager will be to facilitate efficient processes around the program to ensure that deliverables and targets are met, as well as develop the governance model around it and ensure key issues are resolved with senior management.
  • Ensure close and fruitful collaborations with internal stakeholders as well as external partners.
  • Build solid methodology for experiments to ensure we can measure and report on the value our media innovations bring to Pandora.
  • Plan and manage other ad hoc projects from start to finish, and amongst this outline scope, build timelines, plan deliverables, highlight project risks etc.
  • Be a key contributor in developing project management as a skillset in global marketing, including contributing to developing better project portfolio management.

 

As a digital innovation and project manager you would be highly involved in ensuring the success of these key projects for Pandora. Additional projects will emerge as we move forward, and the role is not locked into these projects specifically mentioned, however, it will make up a significant part of your time.

 

Requirements:

We are searching for a team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. You will be the driver of change and will therefore need to master the discipline of project management excellently. In addition, you will be required to have marketing experience with specific knowledge around paid media. Experience from retail and HQ based roles is an advantage. Furthermore, we hope you can demonstrate the following:

 

  • A master degree within Marketing, Business Administration, Information Science, Digital Business Administration or similar  
  • +5 years of experience working with Marketing or Commercial digital projects in either consultancy, agency or in-house functions
  • Experience working with a global company across local and global stakeholders
  • Experience with agile project management methods eg. SCRUM, KANBAN, Prince2 etc. 
  • Solid understanding of paid media 
  • Super user of Powerpoint, Keynote or other presentation formats
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
