Then you might be our new Digital Content Coordinator in the Digital Experience team in Global Marketing!  

  

Your areas of responsibility:  

As a Digital Content Coordinator, your key responsibility would be building content for all our global sites in our Content Management System. Working with the rest of the team, you would develop new features and optimise ways of working with Content Management on the website. You would work across the Digital Experience team and with stakeholders across the organization as part of our go-to-market operating model. You should be comfortable navigating technical discussions and providing actionable feedback on CMS functionality, UX behavior, and content structure, helping bridge the gap between technical and content and marketing teams.

As part of Global Marketing, the Digital Experience team consists of 14 team members who work closely with the other departments, clusters, and markets, with a customer-centric mindset. What is needed for you to succeed in this role:  

  • Experience with working in Content Management Systems (CMS) across multiple countries and languages. Experience with Amplience would be a plus.   

  • You are comfortable navigating technical discussions and giving actionable feedback on CMS functionality, UX behaviour and content structure 

  • Bachelor or master’s in marketing, Ecom or other relevant education.   

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication competencies  

  • You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks at the same time  

  • You take an organized and structured approach to your tasks with high attention to detail
