Design Development, Innovation Coordinator 

 

Do you want to play a key role in providing support for Pandora’s Global Product function? Are you structured, resourceful, creative, and have a positive attitude? Then look no further! We are looking for a sharp, experienced, and competent administrative professional with a passion for materials, samples, and design processes and organization to support the Design Development team within Global Product at Pandora’s Global headquarters in Copenhagen.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Administrative and Sample Management Support:

· Support sample tracking status in Excel and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system

· Register and track the in-and-out flow of samples, maintaining an organized sample archive and sample trays

· Coordinate and support team meetings

· Coordinate sample lend-outs, handovers, and shipments across teams

· Take pictures of samples

· Prepare samples and invoices for global shipments and support shipment tracking and customs issues

· Ensure system updates in Excel, PLM, and physical trays to reflect active, obsolete, and cancelled items

Design Development Support:

• Facilitate key cross-functional handovers and sample distributions

• Support on key product presentations and prepare product overviews

• Update design specifications, sizing, and product data

• Track design sketch launches and delivery plans to ensure development timelines are on track

• Monitor the number of designs in development in collaboration with the Thai Product Development Team

• Upload design briefs and update statuses in PLM

• Assist with item creation, product specifications, measurements, and master data updates (Excel, AX09)

Innovation materials Library Support:

• Collect, centralize, organize, and maintain materials and product samples

• Develop and manage a materials and samples library, archive, and documentation system

• Coordinate the cataloguing and lending of materials and product samples

• Support the team with the development of tools like newsletters or digital libraries

General Coordination and Office Support:

• Support office organization and delegate tasks to Student Assistants as needed

• Provide general administrative support and collaborate across departments on ad hoc tasks

 

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative, product development, or materials library role

• Trained in office administration, library cataloguing, or archiving is a plus

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Bower Bi and PowerPoint

• Experience with PLM and AX systems is a plus

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities

• Interest in jewellery, design, fashion, and product development

• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable team player with a positive mindset

 

 

 

 

Your New Team:

You will be part of the Design Development team within Pandora’s Global Product division. These team is made up of highly skilled product developers, project managers, and sourcing specialists dedicated to developing innovative and beautiful jewellery.

 

Contract Details:

• Start date: May 1, 2025

• Reporting to: Design Development Innovation Manager
