In this role, you’ll partner with the Product Line Lead and Engineering Lead for the Product Line and you will support multiple product teams in delivering of working product increments into production.

The position is based in Pandora Digital Hub in Copenhagen.

As a Delivery Lead you will be part of the extended team of Marketing Technology and you will report directly to Director of MarTech Delivery.  On the day to day basis you will become an integral part of a dynamic, high-performing, cross-functional virtual organisation operating in a scaled agile setup.

 

You will be joining an exciting and growing product line which contains of multiple digital product domains focusing on delivering on the Pandora vision to become the most consumer feedback driven organisation. You will become an integral part of the product line leadership team, working alongside the Product and Engineering Leads.

 

Your role as a Delivery Lead:

 

  • Take responsibility for the Product Line’s delivery, through implementing, managing and  helping to continuously improve the teams’ scale agile processes.
  • Facilitate the creation of a product line level delivery plans by following Pandora preferred scaled agile events and processes.
  • Facilitate quarterly planning events incl. teams’ readiness ceremonies, quarterly planning event, retro and product line demo, in close collaboration with MarTech Leadership and Agile Coaches.
  • Support the teams to maintain their delivery pace and remove escalated impediments and blockers that might get in the way of their delivery.
  • Strengthen cross-team working, making sure that teams effectively collaborate, communicate and focus on what is most important for delivery of value
  • Drive execution of committed plans and realisation of outcomes by empowering and supporting product teams and by establishing overarching effective processes for managing risks and dependencies.  
  • Gathers, synthesizes and provides product line-level delivery information, progress updates, resources, risks and issues and interdependencies between initiatives
  • Work with the product teams to capture and provide relevant, timely updates on key delivery and performance metrics, to show progress and identify challenges to address
  • Lead and champion the Pandora preferred Agile delivery methodology ensuring that agile first principles are followed.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement and apply the most appropriate scaled agile techniques for your environment.
  • Assist with product line level communications with our stakeholders across the organisation to maintain high level transparency on the product line plans, priorities, progress and required support to resolve dependencies and impediments.
  • Assist with financial control and monthly accruals & capitalisation process for the product line in accordance with Pandora processes. 
  • Work closely with other Delivery Leads and Agile Coaches through community of practices, where you will be able to share best practices and improve your delivery skills. 

 

What is needed to succeed:

 

  • 10+ years of agile delivery experience
  • Servant leadership mindset and great coaching skills, you can empower and educate the team in efficient delivery. 
  • Good knowledge of agile methodology and practices (Scrum, Kanban), ideally, including effective scaled agile frameworks and ways of working. Qualification in Scrum, SAFe or similar is required.
  • Good analytical skills and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Good planning and organisational skills within a fast paced and changing environment with multiple dependencies
  • Demonstrated technical understanding and competence to have credible discussions with product line members
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops without needing to dominate conversations, is required
  • Aptitude to act as a conduit for internal (i.e. within the Product Line) communication, bringing people and teams together to best solve issues.
  • Able to work with delivery community to continuously review processes and seek improvements, experimenting with new ideas and encouraging a mind-set of experimentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex internal and external dependencies
  • Highly motivated and self-starting with a personal drive for continuous development
  • Experience working with OKRs as a framework to measure success of teams, within a Product environment
  • Great change management skills, you have the ability to ensure delivery from idea to adoption. 
  • Thorough understanding and interest in technology and the variety of disciplines and interplays involved in digital delivery. Experience working with Marketing Technology &/or eCommerce products is a plus.
