Are you a visionary Delivery Director with a passion for Digital Transformation? Do you want to join the world’s leading jewellery company, recently ranked as the No. 1 employer in Denmark? If so, this could be the role you’ve been looking for!
You’ll be part of an exciting Digital & Tech area, working in an international organization of passionate, performance-driven, and can-do spirited people. We value flexibility and an informal working culture where trust and a focus on outcomes and value are key.
As Pandora expands its ambitions in AI and Analytics and strengthens its foundation of accessible, reusable, and well-governed data, we’re looking for a Delivery Director to lead the delivery and execution of Pandora’s Data, Analytics & AI (D&A) portfolio across the value chain, driving the next phase of our data and AI transformation.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with Delivery Leads and Scrum Masters to deliver Analytics and AI products, the Enterprise Analytics platform, and strategic initiatives. You’ll ensure alignment across D&A areas while continuously improving our ways of working and operating model.
You’ll apply both waterfall and scaled agile methodologies, turning strategic priorities into reliable, predictable delivery of complex, cross-functional programs - helping Pandora give a voice to people’s loves.

- Take complex situations, problems, or requests and establish an approach and action plan.
Governance & Reporting
- Ensure effective governance through existing and newly established portfolio forums.

- Own financial management for the domain, including budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
- Provide insights into financial health by highlighting variances and recommending mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop delivery team members across programs and domains.
- Support capability development and resource planning, while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
