Delivery Lead
About the Team
As part of the Pandora Digital and Technology organisation in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Delivery Lead to help drive delivery excellence across our digital initiatives. You will join our Delivery Excellence department, working closely with Delivery Leads, Project Managers, Program Managers, Scrum Masters, and Agile Coaches.
In this role, you will be leading the delivery for a Product Line, a virtual agile organisation consisting of multiple product teams – all working towards same high level OKRs and goals. You will become an integral part of the Product line leadership team, working alongside the Product and Engineering Leads.
Delivery Lead responsibilities will include:
- Leading delivery for a Product Line of 4-8 teams, facilitating quarterly planning, Scrum of Scrums, retrospectives, and demos
- Driving risk and dependency management across teams, ensuring visibility and clear escalation paths
- Championing continuous improvement and leading Agile maturity uplift based on assessment results
- Building partnerships with stakeholders across business functions and supporting OKR alignment with Product Management
- Coaching teams in agile practices and promoting DevOps mindset and tooling adoption
- Managing staffing, vendor relationships, and coordinating with Finance on budget awareness and tracking
- Removing impediments and supporting teams to maintain delivery pace
- Providing delivery insights and performance trends to senior stakeholders
- Collaborating with other Delivery Leads and Agile Coaches through communities of practice to share best practices
What is needed to succeed
- 5+ years hands-on agile delivery experience in an RTE, Lead/Senior Scrum Master, or similar role
- Servant leadership mindset with strong coaching skills—you empower teams rather than direct them
- Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or Spotify model)
- Agile certification (CSM, Leading SAFe, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and coordinate work across multiple teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills—you can navigate complex networks across business functions
- Data-driven approach to OKR tracking, delivery metrics, and performance improvement
- Understanding of DevOps culture, test automation, and delivery tooling principles
- Budget planning and tracking experience
- Genuine interest in technology and the disciplines involved in technology delivery
