As our new data visualization specialist, you will play a pivotal role in making sure that we create technical analytics solutions that solve real business problems and engage users to drive adoption.

 

Transform, model and visualize data
At PANDORA, we are growing our Data & Analytics footprint. As our new Data Visualization Specialist, you will collaborate with product managers, data engineers, stakeholders, and end-users across the global organization. You will help business verticals and clusters maximize the value of our data and drive impactful business change.

Your primary focus will be building and implementing analytics solutions on our global data platform along with our team of excellent engineers in the organization.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with your scrum team to design efficient, stable, and to-the-point products to drive commercial business value through reporting, self-service analytics and other data communication cases
  • Creating and maintaining high-quality and high-performance Power BI reports and semantic models
  • Taking ownership of your products and continuously tracking stability, adoption, and impact
  • Ensuring that great user experiences are at the heart of all deliverables
  • Delivering self-service solutions for end-users
  • Working with stakeholders and end-users to assist with data-related technical challenges
  • Following best practices and existing guidelines but also challenging the existing processes

 

Team player with strong analytical skills
You are a real team player, product-oriented, can-do attitude, and with good stakeholder management skills. You are structured and analytical, always aiming to achieve great results. Furthermore, you are a confident communicator and have the ability to explain your solution design and tailor the message according to the audience.

You’re perfect for this role if you have:

  • Relevant education within Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with BI, data preparation, and visualization
  • Experience from a global retail organization
  • Experience with Power BI, DAX, Analysis Services, Tabular Editor, SSMS
  • Experience in working with relational data sets using SQL and Tabular models
  • High proficiency in English and ability to communicate at all levels of technical competence
  • Agile mindset and experience with Scrum and agile ways of working

Your new team
You will be an essential asset to PANDORA’s Data & Analytics E-commerce team, consisting of numerous data engineers, a business analyst, a data analyst, a scrum master, and a product manager who all support our global E-commerce business in making impactful decisions informed by data. You will join our Digital Hub in Copenhagen close to Fisketorvet with a wonderful view over the water, where the majority of our centralized data professionals are housed.
